My name is Cyn, and I write for eHow.
I first heard about eHow during the summer of 2008, but quickly (and regrettably) wrote it off as something I didn’t want to do. After working and blogging online for about a year, I had heard about nearly every way to make money online. Sadly, I assumed eHow was a scam. I finally registered for eHow in November of 2008, and dove in head first. I figured since registration was free, I had nothing to lose. Little did I know how much I had to gain.
In those first few weeks, I wrote, read, and researched. And within weeks, I was conducting my own little experiments, figuring out several things that helped me earn more money per article. I visited the forums, and found that some writers took months to reach the $10 payout level, and I reached it in less than three weeks. I found that some writers had written for eHow for over a year, and had not ever earned $100 in a single month, and I had earned more than $100 in just my second month of writing for eHow.
I knew I was on to something, and called my best friend to let her know. She registered for eHow, and I sent her a list of all the techniques that I used to boost my article earnings. She used the same techniques, and ended her first month with over $100 in earnings. With that knowledge, and the fact that so many eHow writers were making so little per month, I decided to formally write down my tips and tricks in the form of an eHow ebook.
